"Expert Advice, Guaranteed Results"
I started in the real estate industry in 1986 working for Getty Petroleum Corp., in their retail marketing/real estate division. While at Getty I leased over 150 company properties to independent business owners.
During my time with Getty I served in several different positions including the Regional Developmental Use Manager. In this position I was responsible for site selection of future best alternative uses for these properties which included convenience stores, quick lubes and car washes. I was also responsible for designing and implementing the convenience stores. Other responsibilities were for the development of regional marketing promotions. I created the Getty traffic van in conjunction with WGY 99.5 FM which was tied into a series of gas promotions throughout the Tri City area called "Thirsty Thursdays" where there was a mystery Getty station each Thursday that sold gas for 9 cents per gallon for one hour. Getty nights with the Albany Colonie Yankees, Glens Falls Red Wings, Albany Patroons and the Albany River Rats were also highly successful events under my direction. I also created a premium gas promotion with M & M Mars Company that was featured in Convenience Store News.
In 1995 I started flipping homes. I've flipped over 300 homes using a variety of creative financing methods as well as the traditional fix and flip method you see on television. In 2006 A & E the cable television network asked me to screen test for the hit TV show "Flip This House".
In 2006 I founded and served as President of the New York State Real Estate Investors Association.
In 2007 I became a licensed real estate broker. I'm currently the real estate broker of Picket Fence Properties. Picket Fence was named to the Albany Business Reviews list of Top Residential Real Estate Firms. Previously I owned Weichert Realtors franchise and prior to that I ran the Eberle Team at Keller Williams for over 4 years and was a mega agent while doing so. As a Real Estate Broker, I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Greater Capital Association of Realtors, Capital Region Multiple Listing Service, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Board and the Columbia Greene Northern Dutchess Multiple Listing Service. For the last 7 years I've been named a top sales producer by the Women's Council of Realtors.
In 2012 I co-authored the Amazon #1 best selling book the "Ultimate Home Buying Guide".
In 2012 I passed and became a Certified Mentor for the Brian Buffini Peak Producers program.
In 2015 I became a licensed New York State Real Estate Instructor.
Over the years I have been interviewed and featured in stories in the following papers more than once...
* Albany Times Union
* Capitol District Business Review
* Schenectady Gazette
* Troy Record
* Mid Hudson Valley Business Journal and many other newspapers
* Property Investor magazine.
I've been a guest on several radio, TV and news shows both locally and nationally as well as on Internet programs. I've been featured on television including segments as a guest expert on the topic of real estate for YNN News Channel 9 Time Warner TV, CBS 6 News WRGB, News 10 ABC and The Paul Vandenbergh Show on Talk1300.com.
Of all jobs I have or have had, the one I am most proud of is "Dad" to the apple of my eye, my daughter Brianna.
I would love the opportunity to interview to earn your business.
