For anyone who has purchased a home in real life, you know that what they show buyers going through on a reality show is a misconception. Did you only look at three homes and then make your decision? Doubtful. It’s much more likely that you looked at 5-10 homes before finding a Capital Region home you wanted to buy.
On reality shows, a home will often sell after the agent hosts one open house. While that’s great, it rarely happens in real life. It’s much more likely that a purchase offer was put in after a regularly scheduled showing.
